Directions from Cynthiana: Take 36W approximately 5 miles, then turn right on Hwy 1054. Follow 1054 and auction signs to Oscar Spradlin Road.

Our firm has been authorized to sell this outstanding river bottom and upland wooded farmland at Absolute Auction.

Lying on the Pendleton County side of the South Fork of the Licking River, the river bottom land will produce an abundance of any crop planted there. The upland is being used to pasture cattle and provides excellent deer and turkey hunting in the wooded areas.

This farm is improved with three ponds, a never-fail spring and four barns for tobacco and/or livestock. This farm has above average fencing and is, of course, easily irrigated.

TERMS: 10% down payment with auction purchase agreement. Balance due with deed on or before November 9, 2016.
