The estates of Larry M. Judy and Clara M. Judy have authorized us to sell at Absolute Auction these two parcels of land located in Cynthiana.

Parcel (1) 301 N. Main Street —Two story frame home with 3054 square feet of living space. Featuring nine rooms and two baths this home has been a two unit residence but recently has been used as a one family. Excellent construction and beautiful woodwork throughout the house.

TERMS: 10% down with auction purchase contract. Balance due on or before August 31, 2021. All inspections must be made prior to the auction at the prospective buyer’s expense. Property is sold “as is, where is”. Auction purchase agreement is not subject to appraisal or loan approval.
